Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a trusted client based in Northgate, QLD. You will deliver exceptional customer service and support national accounts across multiple channels, while maintaining accurate records.

Key duties include handling enquiries via phone and email, using Salesforce and internal systems, coordinating bookings, and resolving issues to meet KPI targets. This is a 3-month temporary assignment with potential for permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or contact centre.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
