FedEx Express Australia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Australian Customs Clearance leadership team. You will oversee operations, workforce planning, compliance and continuous improvement while partnering with offshore and vendor resources to meet service and regulatory requirements.

You’ll focus on developing people, managing performance, and delivering safe, compliant and cost-effective outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Significant leadership experience within operations, logistics or similarly complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Data-driven decision-making capability.
• Experience managing operational performance, workforce planning, productivity and cost control.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills.

• Experience managing vendors or offshore support teams is highly regarded.
