Job summary

Data#3, an Australian IT services leader, is seeking a Licensing Support specialist to assist government and enterprise customers with licensing queries, quotes and order management.

You will build strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams while maintaining accurate data and contributing to upsell opportunities. Data#3 has a history of Employer of Choice recognition and a HEART-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, sales support, or licensing role within the IT industry.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively.
• Attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems.
• A team-focused approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Some knowledge of IT licensing programs and partner tools is highly desirable.
