Job summary

In this role you will analyse entitlements, optimise deployments, and prepare business reviews, while engaging senior stakeholders and shaping cost-effective licensing strategies across diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in software licensing, SAM, procurement, commercial advisory or consulting.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Confident with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Join Data#3’s Software Solutions team and work with a diverse range of customers and senior stakeholders, helping organisations make smarter decisions around Microsoft licensing, technology investment and software spend. You’ll be supported by experienced consultants while building your commercial advisory skills and deepening your Microsoft expertise.

In this role you will:

• Advise customers on Microsoft 365 licensing, optimisation and commercial options
• Analyse licensing entitlements, deployments and software requirements
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and simplify licensing complexity
• Prepare and present business reviews and recommendations
• Support commercial negotiations and negotiation strategies

About You

• Experience in software licensing, SAM, procurement, commercial advisory or consulting
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship management and customer focus
• Curious, strategic and comfortable challenging the status quo
• Hold a Current Australian Department of Defence security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
