FP Markets is seeking a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist in our Sydney office to deliver outstanding client service across phone, email and live chat. You will guide clients through our website, trading platforms, and CFDs across various markets.

You will work with a friendly, multicultural team, respond to inquiries efficiently, and help build trust with traders while upholding high service standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of FX/CFD industry will be advantageous.
• Computer literacy with strong Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide answers to customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Educate clients on how to use the website and trading platforms.
• Communicate about products and services to clients via multiple channels.
• Assist other departments as needed.
