Job summary

FP Markets seeks a full-time Customer Support Specialist in Sydney to assist clients via phone, email and live chat. You will educate users on how to navigate FP Markets platforms and websites while delivering timely, accurate information about products and services.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll work in a dynamic, multicultural environment that values autonomy, initiative and teamwork. The role requires English fluency and flexibility to work on public holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience or knowledge of FX/ CFD industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide answers to customers by phone, email, and live chat.
• Educate clients on FP Markets website and trading platforms.
• Communicate with clients about FP Markets products and services.
• Support other departments as needed.
