Job summary

Our client, a rapidly expanding Australian financial services firm, seeks a supervisor-level specialist to support CFD and margin FX clients from Sydney. You will assist with account openings, deposits and withdrawals, and respond to inquiries across live chat, email, and phone.

The role requires 3+ years in CFD/FX with supervisory exposure, and knowledge of MT4/MetaQuotes. Training is provided, in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in CFD and margin FX with at least 1 year in a supervisor role.
• Solid understanding of forex, commodities, options and money market transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and phone skills; professional conduct at all times.

Your responsibilities

• Following account opening processes
• Handling clients' deposits and withdrawals to ensure timely processes
• Responding promptly to any queries that the clients have on the website's live chat, over email or phone
• Answering any inbound phone calls, identify customer's needs and directing the query accordingly
• Maintaining a friendly, professional and helpful attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements for the role

• At least 3years of experience in CFD and margin FX sectorwith 1 yearin an equivalent Supervisor role
• An understanding of foreign exchange, commodities, options and money market financial transactions
• Great attention to details
• Decision making skills in a fast-paced work environment
• A Can-do attitude from a team player
• Willingness to actively gain product and systems knowledge
