CB Talents SP is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our team on-site in Australia. The role focuses on fast-paced, accurate handling of customer and sales support inquiries, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines and company policies.

The successful candidate will be fluent in Mandarin with strong English, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate problem-solving ability. Prior customer or sales support experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Verify sales information on every interaction to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage and resolve first-level sales escalations
• Follow up daily on unresolved cases until full resolution
• Deliver professional and high-quality support to external customers
• Create a positive, customer-friendly experience through effective communication
• Provide timely, accurate assistance while maintaining integrity and adherence to SOPs
