Opal HealthCare in Australia is seeking a friendly Customer Support Assistant for the Western Port Bay Care Community in Tyabb. You’ll be the welcoming face, delivering essential admin support and helping families explore our community.

This permanent part-time role offers four days per week (Mon–Fri), flexible rosters, and an attractive hourly rate with 12% superannuation. Join a values-led organisation focused on CARE and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles.
• Friendly, professional manner with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical, police check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide essential administrative support to ensure the care community runs smoothly.
• Assist guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our community.
• Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
• Work as a key part of a supportive team delivering exceptional customer service.
