Opal HealthCare is seeking a Weekend Receptionist at Phillip Island Grove to be the welcoming face for residents, families, and visitors. You will handle essential administrative tasks and support rostering while assisting tours of the community.

Based in Cowes, Phillip Island Grove offers permanent part-time hours across Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday with additional benefits and a values-driven team. Prior reception or admin experience is ideal, especially in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role.
• Aged care or healthcare experience is a plus but not essential.
• Friendly, professional manner with strong organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.
• Provide essential administrative support to ensure the community runs smoothly.
• Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of the community.
• Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
