Scots Ice Australia Foodservice Equipment – Wetherill Park NSW is seeking a highly organised Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the link between customers, sales, and operations, handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting quotes and invoicing.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring solid sales support and admin experience, and enjoy working across multiple business units in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in sales support or customer service.
• Minimum 3 years in an office administration role.
• Experience in logistics or product-based environments is highly regarded.
• Able to learn our products and equipment.
• Strong phone manner and customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer and direct calls across multiple business units.
• Take phone orders and manage weekly customer call list.
• Provide product availability and freight cost information.
• Support sales with quotes, spec sheets, price lists.
• Manage consignment stock and inventory records.
• Raise pro-forma, deposit, and dispatch invoices.
• Track deliveries and resolve invoice disputes.
• Coordinate stock returns or replacements.
• Perform general administrative duties.
