Scots Ice Australia Foodservice Equipment – Wetherill Park is seeking a highly organised Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our Sydney-based team. You will act as a key link between customers, sales and operations, handling inquiries, taking orders and coordinating deliveries.

In this fast-paced role you’ll learn our products, quote support, process invoices, manage stock records, and assist with freight costs.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in an office administration role
• Solid experience in sales support or customer service
• Experience in logistics or product-based environments is highly regarded
• Willingness to learn our products and equipment
• Confident, professional phone manner with a customer-first mindset
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to juggle multiple priorities across different business units
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP systems such as NetSuite, ABM, or MYOB are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Answer and direct calls across multiple business units
• Take phone orders and manage the weekly customer call list
• Handle inquiries on product availability and freight costs
• Support sales staff with quotes, spec sheets, and price lists
• Manage consignment stock and inventory records
• Raise pro-forma, deposit, and dispatch invoices
• Assist customers with delivery tracking and invoice disputes
• Coordinate replacement or return of stock as needed
• General administrative and support duties as needed

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our team based in Wetherill Park. Supporting multiple business units, this role is a key link between our customers, sales team, and operations.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same - managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing end-to-end support across the customer journey.

What you'll be doing:

What you bring:

• Confident, professional phone manner with a genuine customer-first mindset
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving instincts
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities across different business units simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, ABM, or MYOB is a plus
• Reliable, honest, and driven by a strong work ethic
