Job summary

Nisbets Australia is a leading catering equipment supplier seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Call Centre on a permanent full-time basis. You will handle inbound calls, process orders, and resolve delivery inquiries to support excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have strong numeracy and literacy, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously to meet KPIs. The role offers a competitive base salary and benefits including staff discounts and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of individual KPIs.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer calls and process customer orders in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Investigating delivery inquiries.
• Responding to customer queries.
• Maintaining call KPI’s within defined Call Centre standards.
• Achieving all Individual objectives as directed.
• Knowledge of Company's products and services.
• Undertaking additional customer/Call Centre /business activities as directed by the Team Leader.
• Championing the Core Nisbets Values.
