Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume phone-based environment.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a resilient mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to onboard customers and drive subscription ROI.

Responsibilities

• Hit daily activity targets through inbound/outbound calls.
• Fully onboard new tradies and guide them through setup and campaigns.
• Nurture existing accounts, track performance and share best practices for ROI.
• Build relationships with tradies, gather insights, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Keep Salesforce updated with customer insights and outcomes.
• Follow scripts and maintain compliance and quality standards.
