Job summary

hipages is Australia's leading digital platform connecting tradies with households. We hire Account Managers to contact 600+ tradie customers, renew subscriptions, upsell where possible, and hit daily revenue targets in a high-volume phone role.

You will maintain customer relationships, resolve inquiries, and document insights in Salesforce, while working in a fast-paced environment with clear performance targets and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar high volume phone sales role.
• Resilient, driven and capable of turning a NO into a YES.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Working Holiday Visa 417 holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Make at least 60 dials or 2.5 hours of talk time per day via inbound/outbound calls.
• Hit revenue targets by upselling, renewing subscriptions, and handling debt collection.
• Manage a portfolio of 600+ tradie customers.
• Renew subscriptions before expiry and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Keep Salesforce updated with customer insights and ensure compliant interactions.
