You'll hit daily targets, nurture accounts, onboard new tradies, keep Salesforce updated, and build strong relationships through phone and written communication. This role offers incentives, growth and a supportive culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a high-volume phone-based sales environment.
• Able to turn a NO into a YES with sales and negotiation skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and hits targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Hit at least 2.75 hours of talk time daily through inbound and outbound calls.
• Create leads for account managers and conduct nurture calls for renewals.
• Fully onboard new tradies joining the platform.
• Answer inbound questions about campaigns.
• Manage, track and measure tradies' campaign performance.
• Educate tradies on ROI best practices.
• Retain tradies by addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
• Engage and nurture tradies over the phone and gather insights.
• Keep Salesforce updated with customer interactions.
• Follow scripts and regulations to ensure quality interactions.
