Job summary

SAP in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the SAP Academy for Customer Success. The role blends in-person collaboration with a hybrid model to guide customers through cloud solutions and ensure retention, renewals, and upsells.

You will participate in a 10-month learn–apply program with onboarding, mentoring from a senior CSM, and hands-on experience across business and technology aspects.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation, ideally in consulting or account management.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success and long‑term value.
• Cooperative and productive approach to working relationships, internally and externally.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 10-month learn–apply program with classroom and field phases.
• Engage in multi-dimensional learning: digital transformation, global intelligence, and business acumen.
• Enhance skills in portfolio management, customer retention, and value realization.
• Receive onboarding and mentoring by a senior CSM while working with customers.
