Job summary

DyFlex is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Perth to ensure WA customers realise long-term success with SAP solutions post-implementation. You will manage post-sales relationships, drive adoption, and contribute to regional growth while coordinating with sales, delivery and support teams.

You will develop success plans, monitor health metrics, and target renewals and upsell opportunities, building trusted adviser relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a technical, business, or software-related field.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or post-sales consulting within tech or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions and delivery models (S/4HANA, Cloud, AMS, etc.).
• Business acumen and curiosity to deepen knowledge of SAP products and industries.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric, multi-cultural environment.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and emerging enterprise technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Innovative mindset focused on improving processes and scalable success.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales relationship with assigned customers to ensure desired outcomes with SAP solutions.
• Develop and manage customer success plans, including forecasting, account strategies, and engagement roadmaps.
• Monitor health metrics, satisfaction scores, and usage trends; address risks and opportunities proactively.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Support to drive renewals, upsells, and long-term value.
• Advise customers through transformational change and optimise their SAP environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional involvement with consulting and delivery teams for seamless experiences.
• Build deep relationships with key decision-makers across customer organisations.
• Advocate for customer needs internally and contribute to product/service improvements.
• Meet or exceed goals for customer satisfaction, retention, and portfolio growth.
