Job summary

DyFlex is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney team, focusing on post‑sales outcomes for NSW customers. You will drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth after SAP implementations, partnering with Sales, Delivery and Support to ensure lasting value.

You will travel to customer sites across Sydney and NSW, build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and advocate for client needs to improve our SAP services and solutions.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in technical, business, or software‑related field.
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or post‑sales consulting within tech or enterprise software.
Strong SAP solutions knowledge and delivery models (S/4HANA, Cloud, AMS).

Responsibilities

Own post-sales relationship with assigned customers and ensure outcomes with SAP solutions.
Develop and manage customer success plans, including forecasting and engagement roadmaps.
Monitor customer health metrics and usage trends to address risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Support to drive renewals and upsells.
Coordinate cross‑functional involvement to ensure seamless customer experience.
