Qualifications

• Experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Success role.
• SAP exposure preferred; ERP or SaaS experience considered.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships in a B2B services context.
• Excellent communication and executive-facing skills.
• Based in Adelaide with hybrid work and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of DyFlex clients in the Adelaide region and beyond.
• Build relationships with stakeholders from operations to C-suite.
• Monitor client health, satisfaction, and adoption of DyFlex solutions.
• Coordinate with delivery and Aftercare teams for service continuity.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and manage renewals.
• Conduct business reviews and align on roadmap priorities.
• Advocate for client needs internally to influence delivery.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and opportunities.
• Support contract renewals and assist in negotiations.

As the Customer Success Manager based in the Adelaide area, you will play a key role in ensuring our SA customers achieve long-term success with their SAP solutions. You’ll work closely with clients post-implementation to drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth, while also contributing strategically to DyFlex’s regional presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing DyFlex clients across the Adelaide region and beyond, serving as their trusted advisor and primary escalation point
• Build deep, enduring relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the client organisation, from operational leads through to C-suite
• Proactively monitor client health, satisfaction, and adoption of DyFlex solutions, identifying risks early and coordinating timely interventions
• Collaborate with DyFlex delivery and Aftercare teams to ensure seamless service continuity and exceptional client outcomes
• Identify and develop organic growth opportunities within existing accounts, including expansion of services, additional modules, or new project engagements
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting value realisation insights and aligning on future roadmap priorities
• Advocate for client needs internally, influencing delivery priorities and ensuring client feedback informs continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and account health within CRM and relevant reporting tools
• Support contract renewals and contribute to commercial negotiations in partnership with the broader DyFlex leadership team

Skills And Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Success role, ideally within an SAP, ERP, or SaaS environment
• Strong preference for candidates with exposure to SAP products or implementations; equivalent experience with leading ERP platforms or enterprise SaaS solutions will also be considered
• Proven ability to manage and grow complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships in a B2B professional services or technology context
• Commercially astute, with a track record of driving client retention and identifying organic growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at executive level
• A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to coordinate across internal delivery, consulting, and support functions
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM platforms for pipeline and account management reporting
• Based in Adelaide, with the ability to travel to client sites as required; this role operates on a hybrid working model
