Job summary

DyFlex Pty Ltd, a leading SAP Platinum Partner in Australia, seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive post‑implementation adoption and growth in NSW. You will own relationships, develop success plans, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Delivery to renew and upsell.

The role requires tertiary qualifications and proven experience in customer success within enterprise software, backed by strong SAP knowledge and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or post-sales consulting within tech or enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and delivery models (S/4HANA, Cloud, AMS).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across Sydney and NSW.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales relationship with assigned customers to achieve outcomes.
• Develop and manage customer success plans including forecasting and engagement roadmaps.
• Monitor customer health, satisfaction scores, and usage trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Support to drive renewals and upsells.
• Coordinate with consulting and delivery teams for seamless experiences.
• Build deep relationships with key decision-makers across customer organisations.
• Advocate for customer needs to inform product and service improvements.
• Meet or exceed goals for customer satisfaction and portfolio growth.
• Travel to customer sites across Sydney and NSW as required.
