Job summary

No 1 Roofing & Building Supplies in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will greet customers via phone, digital media and in person, process transactions in our ERP, and help customers with tailored product recommendations.

You’ll manage orders, prepare accurate quotations, and mentor new staff to uphold our high service standards. Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with rotating Saturday mornings is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building supplies or construction/roofing industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with rotating Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming customers via phone, digital media, and in-person interactions.
• Processing transactions efficiently using our ERP system.
• Understanding customer needs and making tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
• Managing orders and preparing accurate quotations.
• Training and mentoring new employees to ensure our high standards are maintained.
