Job summary

No.1 Roofing and Building Supplies is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives for our Prestons branch. You will greet customers in-person, over the phone, and online, process transactions, and help customers find the right building products.

The role offers negotiable hours within 6.30am–5pm Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings, at a growing, industry-leading company. We value friendly, proactive team players who can guide customers through purchasing decisions and build lasting

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proactive, friendly and strong communicator.
• Experience in building supplies or construction/roofing is valued.

Responsibilities

Who We’re Looking For:

We have multiple opportunities for full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our successful team at our Prestons Branch. Working hours are negotiable for the right candidate, and range between 6.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers via phone, digital media, and in-person interactions.
• Processing transactions efficiently using our ERP system.
• Understanding customer needs and making tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

You’re a friendly, proactive individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You excel in communication and have a natural talent for guiding customers through their purchasing decisions. Experience in building supplies or the construction/roofing industry will be highly regarded.
