Brickworks Limited is seeking a confident Customer Service Representative at our NSW office in Oakdale Industrial Estate, Horsley Park. You will support growth as a front-line representative, ensuring service standards across all channels and maintaining a customer‑centric approach.

The role requires handling inquiries, processing orders and deliveries, and providing expert product guidance. Weekend availability and experience in building/design or sales are desirable for success.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends.
• Experience in Building, Design or Sales Industry preferred.
• A personal focus and prior experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Sound skill in collaborating and interacting with others.
• Proficient skill in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and administration.
• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
• Manage inbound calls and provide solutions for a diverse customer base.
• Stay up-to-date with our products and services to offer expert advice.
• Respond to sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Accurately process orders, returns, and pricing enquiries.
• Ensure deliveries meet schedule and quality expectations.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
