Job summary

No 1 Roofing & Building Supplies in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will greet customers via phone, digital media and in person, process transactions in our ERP, and help customers with tailored product recommendations.

You’ll manage orders, prepare accurate quotations, and mentor new staff to uphold our high service standards. Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with rotating Saturday mornings is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building supplies or construction/roofing industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with rotating Saturday mornings.

Who We’re Looking For:

We have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our successful team at our NarrabeenBranch.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

About You:

You’re a friendly, proactive individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You excel in communication and have a natural talent for guiding customers through their purchasing decisions. Experience in building supplies or the construction/roofing industry is highly desirable.

Availability to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and every 3rd Saturday 7:30am-12:00pm rotating Saturday mornings is essential.
