Job summary

No.1 Roofing and Building Supplies is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for our Mona Vale branch. You will greet customers in person, on the phone, and online; process transactions using our ERP; tailor recommendations to customer needs; manage orders and quotations; and help train new team members.

Availability Mon-Fri 1pm-5pm, with rotating Saturdays; prior building supplies experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in building supplies or construction-related industries.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, on the phone, and via digital channels.
• Process transactions using the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Manage orders and prepare accurate quotations.
• Train and mentor new employees to uphold high standards.
