Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centre environments.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining composure.
• Experience in phone sales or converting inquiries into opportunities.
• Familiarity with multiple database systems and email programs; spreadsheet proficiency desirable.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls and emails from a diverse client base.
• Proactively contact existing customers to promote products and services.
• Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately.
