Qualifications

• Experience handling customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries over the phone and via email.
• Understanding customer needs and identifying the right hire solution.
• Preparing equipment hire quotes and guiding customers through the hire process.
• Coordinating with branches and teams on equipment availability and deliveries.
• Managing orders and updating hire schedules and customer information.
• Resolving issues, complaints and escalations.
• Assisting with breakdown enquiries and troubleshooting.
• Following up to confirm orders and service details.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell equipment and consumables.
• Completing administration to keep hires running smoothly.
