Rentokil Initial is seeking a Customer Service Consultant based in Regency Park, Adelaide, on a permanent full-time basis to support a busy office serving the Adelaide area.

You will handle inbound calls and emails, proactively contact customers, schedule appointments, and help convert inquiries into sales while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centre environments.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks without losing composure.
• Experience allocating and scheduling jobs to technicians.
• Proven phone sales experience converting inquiries into sales.
• Proficient with databases and email programs; Excel/Sheets desirable.
• Reliable, professional, punctual, and a team player.

Responsibilities
