Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group in Darwin is seeking a Customer Service Consultant on a permanent full-time basis. In this role you will join the Customer Service team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, providing phone and email support, handling sales conversations and customer care for local clients.

You will manage inbound inquiries, proactively reach out to existing customers to promote services, schedule residential appointments, and maintain accurate records while meeting performance
