Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Sydney to deliver outstanding service across phone, email and digital channels. You will become the trusted first contact for customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and coordinate bookings while collaborating with Sales and Operations teams.

You will identify customer needs, suggest value-added services, and pursue internal sales targets through consultative conversations, earning monthly commissions in a supportive, career‑driven

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, contact centres or sales preferred but overall attitude is everything!
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential
• Thrives in a fast paced environment and is organised and adaptable
