Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Sydney, Australia seeks a proactive Customer Service Consultant to deliver outstanding service across phone, email and digital channels. You will become the first point of contact, build trusted relationships and resolve enquiries with professionalism, while coordinating bookings with Sales and Operations.

You will identify opportunities to add value, meet internal sales targets through consultative conversations with customers and enjoy ongoing training, career development

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, contact centres or sales preferred but overall attitude is everything!
