Job summary

The Good Guys is hiring a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations in a sales-focused environment. You will contribute to a positive customer experience, handle cash and enquiries, and assist with stock and channel fulfilment.

• Telephone management and enquiries.
• Marketing and promotional activity.
• Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expenses.
• Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures.
• Work collaboratively to deliver a consistent store and channel experience for the customer.
