Job summary

The Good Guys in Rockhampton is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations and deliver excellent service. This role focuses on assisting customers, processing transactions, and contributing to a positive shopping experience across channels.

You will join a collaborative team and participate in promotions, stock management, and store activities while upholding high service standards and accurate cash handling. Eligibility for hybrid work models is noted.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver store administration in line with procedures, including cash handling and transactions.
• Manage store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity.
• Handle store enquiries by phone and in person.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Contribute to financial performance through inventory and cost control.
• Fulfil sales through all channels following procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a consistent store experience for customers.
• Support merchandising and in-store presentation to enhance the brand.
