Job summary

Auswide, part of the MyState Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Mackay branch on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly, professional service while helping customers with everyday banking and referring to specialists as needed.

Based in Mackay, you will work with a supportive team, focus on customer outcomes, and contribute to our local community through genuine care and reliability.

• Experience in customer service or related roles preferred but not essential.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our branch network in Mackay on a part-time basis.

As one of the first people our customers meet, you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences every day. Whether you're helping with everyday banking, identifying customer needs, or connecting customers with specialist support, you'll focus on delivering service that's personal, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Working closely with your branch team, you'll contribute to achieving customer outcomes while strengthening the trusted relationships that Auswide has built within the local community.
