Great Southern Bank is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Toowoomba to be the first point of contact for customers’ retail banking needs. The role is part-time, 25 hours per week, on a fixed eight-month contract, Monday to Friday.

You’ll help customers reach financial goals, promote savings, insurance and lending products, and support a customer-centric community presence by solving problems and delivering friendly service while adhering to policy standards.
