Job summary

Auswide Bank Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Mackay branch on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with everyday banking, identifying needs and connecting customers to specialist support.

You will work with a supportive team, delivering personal, professional and genuinely helpful service while contributing to community relationships and customer outcomes. Relevant experience in service environments is valued.
