Job summary

NAB Mackay is looking for a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team of Customer Advisors, guided by NAB's values and a customer-centric approach. You will empower staff, coach performance, and ensure the branch delivers simple, exceptional outcomes for customers.

You will drive sales, monitor branch performance, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture while collaborating with the wider retail division to achieve business objectives.
