Job summary

Great Southern Bank in Toowoomba is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for local customers and their retail banking needs. This part-time 15 hours/week eight-month contract role focuses on supporting the community and delivering strong service.

You will help customers meet financial goals by presenting value savings, insurance, and lending products while delivering sales results and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to explain financial products and services clearly.
• Comfort with meeting sales and lending targets.

As our highly valued Customer Service Specialist based in Toowoomba your role will provide support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for our customers and their retail banking needs.

Part-time 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8-month contract)
