Job summary

Avis Budget Group on the Sunshine Coast is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to greet customers at the rental counter, complete bookings and respond to inquiries. This full-time, entry-level role includes full training and a clear path to career growth.

You will work at the Sunshine Coast Airport, rotate shifts, use computer systems to manage bookings, and deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you’ll do

• Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
• Review in detail ABG’s various add on’s and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
• Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Answering customer questions and inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

• Afull and valid Australian driver’s licence
• Availability to work arotating roster(including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
• Experience incustomer service, retail, hospitality, or salesis a plus
• Ability to work in afast-paced environmentwhile delivering exceptional service
• Comfortable usingcomputer systemsto manage bookings and rental information
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
