Qualifications

• Able to operate computer systems to manage bookings and rentals.

Responsibilities

About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you’ll do

• Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
• Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
• Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals

What We’re Looking For:

• Afull and valid Australian driver’s licence
• Availability to work on a rotating roster across 3-4 days per week
• Experience incustomer service, retail, hospitality, or salesis a plus
• Ability to work in afast-paced environmentwhile delivering exceptional service
• Comfortable usingcomputer systemsto manage bookings and rental information
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• $34.96ph + loadings + performance bonuses
