About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team on a permanent full-time basis. Working standard business hours ( Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm ), you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Process customer requests, bookings, and documentation accurately in the internal system.
