Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Service or Client Support role (automotive experience is a plus, but not essential).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working standard weekday hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Process customer requests, bookings, and documentation accurately in the internal system.
• Liaise with internal departments and team members to follow up on client requests.
• Resolve customer feedback or issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain high standards of data entry and administrative record-keeping.
