Job summary

WesTrac Tomago is seeking a full-time in-store Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide fast parts support. The role covers Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month, handling customer enquiries, assisting with quotes, orders, and stock movement while maintaining a friendly, professional approach.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, learn on the job, and contribute to high-quality service and continuous improvement across our Cat® parts business.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (in-store, retail, admin or phone-based).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office + general systems).
• An interest in technical or industrial products is a bonus - but not essential.
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.

About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a full time in-store Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face customers rely on at our Tomago branch. This position operates on a Monday to Friday roster, plus one scheduled Saturday per month. You’ll help deliver fast, accurate parts support, interpret customer needs, and keep our customers moving with confidence.
