Job summary

WesTrac Dubbo is seeking an organised Part Sales Coordinator to support customers, technicians and internal teams by ensuring the right parts are available with excellent service.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will handle parts identification, quoting, order processing and inventory coordination, while managing high enquiries across counter, phone and email channels to keep workshops moving and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts, customer service, sales support, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to interpret technical information, parts diagrams, or catalogues.
• High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Part Sales Coordinator – Dubbo

WesTrac is seeking an organised, customer‑focused Part Sales Coordinator to join our Dubbo branch. In this frontline role, you’ll support customers, technicians, and internal teams by ensuring they receive the right parts, at the right time, with exceptional service.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in parts identification, quoting, order processing, and inventory coordination. You’ll manage a high volume of enquiries across counter, phone, and email channels, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and a critical link between our warehouse, service, and product support teams.
