Job summary

WesTrac Tomago is seeking a full-time in-store Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face customers rely on for parts support and service. You’ll interpret customer needs, process orders, and manage CRM entries in a dynamic, learn-on-the-job environment.

This role follows a Monday to Friday roster with one scheduled Saturday per month. You’ll help customers select the right parts, handle transactions, and keep stock moving while delivering professional, solution-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (in-store, retail, admin or phone-based).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in technical or industrial products is a bonus - but not essential.
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, parts advice and orders.

• Process retail transactions and manage incoming calls.
• Keep stock moving - expedite orders and monitor inventory.
