WesTrac are hiring for Tomago, NSW, with multiple full‑time, permanent opportunities across day, afternoon and rotating shifts. Join a safety‑driven team focused on continuous improvement, training, and strong career pathways in a leading Cat dealer network.

You’ll be involved in receiving, picking, packing and dispatching parts, stock management, and day‑to‑day warehouse operations in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience (desirable)
• Confidence using computer systems and a willingness to learn and grow your skills
• Positive, team‑focused approach with ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships
• Good organisation and time management skills with ability to manage priorities in a busy environment
• Hands‑on approach and willingness to support a variety of general warehouse activities
• A valid Driver’s Licence, with Forklift (LF) and Order Picker (LO) licences highly regarded

• Receive, pick, pack and dispatch parts and customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage stock and inventory, including receipting deliveries, stock movements and stocktakes.
• Support day‑to‑day warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service

• Monday to Friday – Day Shift
• 45-hour week
• 05:30am-15:00pm
• Monday to Friday – Afternoon Shift
• 45-hour week
• 14:30pm-12:00am
• Lifestyle Roster – Work Half the Year
• Rotating days and nights (14/28)
• 12-hour shifts
• Day: 05:30am-18:00pm
• Night: 17:30pm-06:00am

Successful applicants willbe requiredto complete a satisfactory National Criminal History Check and a Pre-Employment Medical as part of the Recruitment Process.
