WesTrac is seeking a full-time in-store Customer Service Representative for our Tomago branch in a Monday to Friday roster, plus one Saturday per month. You will deliver fast, accurate parts support, interpret customer needs, process retail transactions and keep customers moving with confidence.

The role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves learning on the job, and enjoys turning great service into great results. Cat® equipment experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (in-store, retail, admin or phone-based).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in technical or industrial products is a bonus - but not essential.
