Job summary

Kirby HVAC&R Pty Ltd, a Beijer Ref group company, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Mackay branch in Queensland. You will drive profitability, sales growth, customer satisfaction and operational excellence while mentoring a local team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage operations, inventory and financial performance, build strong customer and supplier relationships, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver outstanding service to the local market.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Mackay branch and drive its continued success.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for branch profitability, sales growth, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our key branches, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement to deliver strong business outcomes.

You’ll play a critical role in building a high-performing team, strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the branch continues to operate safely and efficiently.
