Job summary

Holcim Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Customer Service representative to join our established team. You will handle inbound enquiries, process orders, and liaise with sales and production to ensure timely responses. We value clear communication, data accuracy, and the ability to manage 50–100 calls daily in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call centre environment.
• Ability to enter data accurately.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and handling 50–100 calls daily.
• Available to work shifts starting between 6:00am and 8:30am; Centre hours 6:00am–4:30pm, Mon–Fri.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving & conflict resolution skills.
• High attention to detail; proficient in Google & MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries promptly and courteously and advise of any delays.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain regular communication with sales and production staff.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department/manager.
• Liaise with despatchers to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
• Ensure full knowledge and compliance with the Allocation Procedure Manual.
• Continuously improve on processes.
• Duties may vary with training and skills as required.
• Collaborate with Operations and Scheduling to meet customer requirements.
• Be the main point of contact for customers and employees.
